1989 Milano. Black. ~55,000 miles. 5 speed manual. 1986  Spider Quad Factory Hard Top.  Black Alfa Romeo hardtop that came with my Quad.  I used it for two winters but have kept it in storage otherwise.  The top is in very good condition including the headliner.  Some minor blemishes on the paint, but otherwise very nice.  Will include the installation hardware.  The price is $800 OBO.  The factory top has much nicer lines than the aftermarket tops.  Makes the car much quieter and warmer in the winter. 4 studded snow tires mounted on spider "Turbina" alloy wheels.  The tires are barely used but I can tell you that with studded snow tires, you can get through winter with your Spider.  Buy the hardtop in my other add and you are ready to keep your Alfa  as your daily driver all year.  The wheels are nothing to look at, but they do the trick.  $200 for all four tires/wheels.

1984 GTV6-2.5; Parts/Restoration Car: 18 years' primary transportation/recreation with one Owner. Worn by 251k miles; though engine smokes slightly, car still runs well, & is quick, except for an intermittent electrical disconnect I haven't been able to trace. 1800 miles on new Pirelli P 600's, on original alloys; 80k miles on Koni adj shocks @ all 4 corners.  Cast iron valve guides @ 25k miles; Timing belts changed @ 50k intervals, two water pumps @100k intervals; two alternators, some new hoses; original silver paint has deteriorated. Cracks in dash, leather on front seats is disintegrating; but all parts inside & out are otherwise intact. Complete service records; Texas registration.
     Was using car for daily transportation to & from Washington, DC, & intending to restore later this year, until rear-ended at a stop-light by Bimmer-Owner dialing her cell-phone, instead of watching heavy traffic she was in. Damage to front by being knocked into car stopped ahead of me. Body damage estimate $3,200. Cost of recent moves to Texas & back precludes keeping & restoring car at this time; & no place to store. 1967 Giulia Super : Dark Blue/tan interior . Older repaint and interior is nice (still had factory plastic on one door 'til body guy took it off), but needs carpets. Has been sitting for several years after being parked due to tired engine and worn out clutch.  (SEE BELOW ABOUT THIS: Rust bubbles in rear wheel arches; repair started on one side w/new metal in inner fender, spare door provided to make patches with the correct profile. Older amateur repairs on left front fender, floor corners and rockers.)   Excellent candidate for a 1750 transplant and a restore-as-you-go daily driver.  NOTE, car is finally (Aug 2005) at the body shop in line to getting the above body work taken care of... so it'll be a nice solid car @  $4200/obo.  with only the mechanicals left to do.. a very easy restore... still, a motivated seller .. I'll even throw in the 1750 I was planning to use (low miles on rebuild, but,  the head gasket failed and it now needs a piston and liner (and another gasket) to be ready to install) and you can keep the correct engine for later rebuild.
( BTW, NADA average to high retail on a nice super is $5500 - $8250 )

Well, yeah, I'm always looking for Alfa books or 101/105 parts . .. either for the '67 Giulia Super or the '65 Giulia spider veloce or the '91 164L or the sitting-in-the barn-but-I-have-hopes '68 Gt Jr (like maybe seats or interior?) or even for cars I don't have yet... just in case ..OR, for the1977 Spider  (I need brown vinyl seats for this one)  Maybe you'd like to trade a nice Giulietta spider hood (including chrome spear - both pieces!!) for something equally cool for a Giulia that's taking up space in your garage? I also need a late 1600 cam cover (2 holes in front and clearance sags for the airbox hose)... I've got Giulietta, early 1600 and 2000 covers (it figures) to trade?.
